EXCHANGE STUDENTS
Free On-Campus Accommodation is provided for Exchange Students in Bilkent University Dormitories.
Exchange Students wishing to take advantage of this facility are kindly requested to complete their applications –with their Bilkent Student ID No.s and STARS Passwords– through BILDORM online Dormitory Application System between July 03, 2023 and July 17, 2023 (https://stars.bilkent.edu.tr/bildorm/login/?lang=en).
Free On-Campus Accommodation is valid for standard double rooms (2K). Assignments are made on a first come first served basis. In case of unavailability in double rooms, triple rooms (3S) will be assigned for later applications.
Exchange Students preferring to stay in higher category rooms (2B, 1S, 1OO, STE1) can apply by paying the due difference (2023 – 2024 Academic Year Dormitory Fee Differences for Exchange Students).
